But the bad memories are okay, it's the happy memories with someone long gone that get to me, and music is usually involved. We do what we can to stay positive, maybe I should start listening to music again and see what happens. I've been divorced, never widowed, so my experiences are different than yours, but it seems that what you are going through would be perfectly normal for someone who was happily married and lost their spouse. Sounds to me that you are doing very well and things will continue to feel better as time goes by. Hang in there... :) Barbhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16516591720277269204noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8431525005156471883.post-68906390896219691192016-05-25T11:13:47.328-05:002016-05-25T11:13:47.328-05:00I'm about to enter that sharp learning curve o...I'm about to enter that sharp learning curve of full-timing alone. Have my RV now, just clearing out the mobile home. Your comments about the sewer hose have me hyperventilating. You mean there is more than one type of connector???? I'll be in an RV park for the summer but I'm hoping to get to Quartzsite this winter in my very own RV. I will see you out there, I'm sure, somewhere on this journey.Shadowmosshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17302898633500446571noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8431525005156471883.post-6707421339582405842016-05-24T16:59:37.395-05:002016-05-24T16:59:37.395-05:00I have just started following you blog-- and it...I have just started following you blog-- and it's been strange... My husband also died last October- and many of the feelings you write about hit very close to home. I follow a few rv and van dwelling blogs because I've thought about doing that myself.
I'm in Pennsylvania right now- I came here after my husband died, but I have a house in New Mexico that we had lived in for the last four years. I'll be heading out that way soon.
You are very brave to be going on full timing alone--and thank you for sharing with me what you have been feeling.
goathearderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08226166992014041688noreply@blogger.com
